Question about 'at/in this moment' and 'now'

Hi Teachers,

Is there any difference between 'at this moment', 'in this moment', and 'now'?

I can't think of a context in which I would say in this moment . The other two mean the same. Rover

Actually, no.

He's hungry at the moment = He's hungry now.

In a moment, however, suggests immediately as in 'He'll be back in a moment'.
