Question about "acquired"

Am I using "acquired" correctly in the following context? And is underlined "of" correctly used? Thank you!

During the studies from September 1, 1994 to June 15, 1999 John XXX has acquired the following courses on Law of the professional study programme [and then there is a list of courses]
