Question (4) The sixth day

Hi Teachers,

Could there be just one question to the underlined sentence? If yes, which one is it? I really have no idea.

Then Alex began to walk quickly along the road. He stayed near the houses and looked behind him again and again. Two hundred meters along the road there was a car. Alex stared at it, but there was nobody in the car, and he walked quickly past.

Thanks in advance

Hi, I think you mean one question about --to-- the underlined sentence. Are you talking about questions a listener might have after hearing someone make these statements? Many questions are possible.
