Question

X: "I work as a shrink, so I'm used to listen to people's problems all day long."

Y: "So is it just a job to you or do you actually care?"

With "care" I mean if he cares about his clients and their problems.

Is Y's line of dialog correct and clear as it is or should I add something to it?
