(At 0:25) In her sentence "allowing this to go on", I wonder to what might reffer this?

We said to the industry, look, you cannot continue to allow us to work in an environment that was set up to be sexualized. We do need to denounce that era, and set a new marker here. When the president is allowing us to go on - we are unsafe.
