Question

Please let me know if "affected by" is correct?

I chose to talk about something entirely different from a perspective which at least I have been affected by all my life.

'affected by' is a legitimate expression, but you have 'affected by a perspective', which is so unusual a combination of words that one wonders what it's supposed to mean. CJ

To me it seems odd to say that one is affected by a perspective. Also, "which at least I have been..." does not read well. You may mean "which I, at least, have been ...".
