Question

hi, i would like to ask if the above sentence is correct?:

I'm writing with regard to Offer Letter i received today.I have been Relief Care Assistant position and zero hour contract, while i have applied for Part time Care Assistant position and we agreed 37 hours contract during interview. I would appreciate it if you could clarify this matter for me becouse i'm a bit confused at the moment.
