Grammar

Question

Hi,

I am unsure about the usage of help with in the sentence below because it sounds awkward when I read it out. Is the sentence grammatically correct?

It's not really an advertisement, just something to help with building a proper staff team.

anonymous it sounds awkward when I read it out. That's because it is not the normal way to write it, though the grammar is correct. I would expect this: It's not really an advertisement, just something to help build a proper staff team.
