Could you please tell me if the below paragraph is grammatical and idiomatic?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to study as an International Graduate student in you university. Could you please provide me with the information regarding what programs you are offering in 'Master of Civil Engineering' for both research and course-work categories? I couldn't find it in the university website.
