If you just want to know the schedule, it's "How long goes it take to get there by bus?" If you want to know the worst case, it's "What's the longest time it could take to get there by bus?"

For the opposite, can we use "quickest time" or "shortest time...."?

Forgive the typo: that's "How long does it take ...."

I'd use "quick" for speeds. Although we say "the fastest time" for a race, we're really talking about the speediest competitor.

Use "shortest time" or "least time" for lengths of time.
