In the episode 3x05 of awkward, the dialogue is like:

- Do you know what a dash-and-drizzle does to a blowout?
- Not a clue.

What does 3x05 of awkward mean? Is it a TV show? What is the real name, please?

I still need more context, if you have it.

yes, it is a tv show. More dialogue before that sentence:

Kevin, the garage door is still stuck.

I had to park on the street last night.

-Do you know what a dash-and-drizzle does to a blowout?
- Not a clue.

dash-and-drizzle means heavy rain? or is a words joke meaning cookin oil to repair the garage door insted of 3-in-one for example? i don't understand

What does 'a blowout' refer to here?

Or perhaps the result of a visit to the hair salon?

Was it raining?

"blowout" i don't know either, it may be hairstyle or the malfunction of the garage door . There is no more context. but i want to know if dash-and-drizzle means rain or it has to do with some kind of oil used in cooking maybe

I can't understand how it has anything to do with cooking oil.

So far, two native speakers of AmE have told you that they don't know, without more context, what dash-and-drizzle means. This speaker of BrE doesn't know either. Given enough context we may be able to have a guess, but it is not a common English phrase.

there is a company in the usa named dashndrizzel that makes oil and vinegar for cookin. maybe she missunderstood the cooking oil with the industial oil to repair the door maybe? maybe she meant 3-in-one ? it is a comedy series i don't know, what do you think "dash and drizzel" mean?
