What time does she come back? (Habit, repeated action)

I'm sorry, Lucy is not here.
What time is she expected back?
What time do you expect her to return?
What time is she coming back?
What time will she be back?

You can replace "what time" with "when" for any of the above:
When is she expected back, etc.

a what is wrong. Write What.

What time does she come back?
What time will she be here?
What time did she come back?

You can't have 'does' and 'will' together.
