1. Please give your personal views on the main objectives of attending this specific training.

2. How do you think trainings can contribute to improving your sales performance?

Thanks a lot Mister Micawber.. But i do have another crucial matter happened to me now.. An explanation letter of did not declare previous employment and provide false information in my Application form in relation to my employment background.
Quite serious, but i really no idea how to start to write the letter.

The letter i receive from employment as below;

'NOTICE OF INTENDED DISCIPLINARY ACTION & SUSPENSION FROM SERVICE
It was reported that you had made a declaration and provided false information in your Employment Application Form in relation to your employment background.

Investigation reveal that you were under ABC Bank employment from 16 May 2005 until 28 Octocber 2005 (Sales Department) and from 13 April 2010 until 15 October 2010 (Operation Department). However, you had misrepresented the ABC Bank when in your resume, and your Employment Application you had stated that you were under the employment of XYZ company from August 2009 until March 2011.

Your above conduct constitutes a major misconduct as it appears to involve element of dishonestly and throws considerable doubt on your integrity. Your conduct also amount to an act misleading the Bank wherein you have made the following declaration in your Employment Application Form which reads as follow;-

I, Chen hereby declare that all the particular, hereinbefore stated by me are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that I will be subjected to disqualification or immediate dismissal if the particular are untrue. I hereby give consent to the Bank and it's designated agents to perform an employment background check which includes but is not limited to, the following areas; names and dates of previous / current employment, work experience reference check, workers compensation / claims, criminal history records, wants and warrants records, educational verification, license verification, credit history, civil cases, any sanction lists and drug testing.

The Bank has contemplated that in this circumstance, dismissal is warranted. However, before any decision is made, you are hereby given the opportunity to refuse and / or rebut the allegations against you and / or provide mitigating factors by 9 May 2012. If we did not receive any reply from you by the said date, you will presumed to have no explanation to offer to refute and / or rebut the allegations against you. The Bank will thereafter be at liberty to proceed further on the matter on such presumption without any further reference to you. In view of the above, the Bank decided to suspend you from the service with effect from 3 May 2012 until further notice.

I really no idea how reply this letter.
I need a deepest apologies, polite, no intention to lie and acceptable letter to reply it..

Below is the reason why i did not declare my previous employment.
1. Rushing to attend interview during lunch hour after received call from the Bank at the same day.
2. Resume printed out from www.jobstreet.com website, Overlook Resume did not stated ABC Bank.
3. Copy 100% from resume to Employment Application Form.
