Hi

What is the verb when you are too pleasent to a person because you want to get something from him for example to teachers to get high grades...

I know the english expression which is an pleasant a** ki***r but I don't want to use this word.

If you are looking for one word verb. I can suggest using flatter, ingratiate or toady.

To the best knowledge of mine, crawling is not used in the context you intend to use.
