Hiya Behnazzz... Let me give you my 2 cent hint and comment...

1 - 'will' + 'have' + past participle is kind of the present perfect in the future. Expresses how something has been done and accomplished sometime in the future. For instance I could say :
'In june 2006, you will have been on EnglishForward for 6 months' to indicate that sometime this summer it will be six months since you started connecting to englishforum.com, yes ?

2 - The stock exchange is where traders buy or sell company shares, like Wall Street in NYC. A share is kind of a property title that says you own a certain amount of a company's assets and capital ; and it can be bought/sold in this place called the 'stock exchange'. And the 'main russian stock exchange' would be the most important of those places. I would think probably the Moscow stock exchange.
Now to 'buy into' means here to buy shares of this company. Not the same as 'buy from the company'. When you say you 'buy from a company' you mean buying goods that this company makes or produces. Not the same as 'buy a company' either, because it means taking ownership of the whole company and becoming the sole owner. Here they really mean buying shares on the stock exchange, in order to take participation in this company.
