'Gets' is not only unnecessary; it is incorrect.

but why? after all i can say for example somthing gets started right?...etc then why is get incorrect with those verbs?

Because the verb "to disappear" is intransitive. In other words, it can not take an object.

The girl disappeared. (OK)
The girl was made to disappear. (OK)
The girl was disappeared. (Wrong).
The magician disappeared the girl. (Wrong).
