Question.

Hi,
Can someone tell me what the "ish" means? or it's just a mispell. This is how I got it: Someone sent me a note and asked me to meet at "5:00pm-ish".

"Ish" is not an actual word. 5:00 pm-ish is casual shorthand for "about 5:00 pm." This can mean 4:50 pm, 5:20 pm, etc. Most people say "five-ish" or "six-ish."
