Question
according to english grammar- if it's 10:00 am- the am or pm time should be capital or lower case? Thanks in advance...

Hello,
I usually type 3am or 3:00am in emails, but I do this out
of laziness, knowing that it is not technically correct.
I would type 3:00 a.m. or 3:00 A.M. if I wanted to be correct.
Either uppercase or lowercase is acceptable, but with
the periods/stops after the letters, as above.
Many countries use a 24 hour clock. If I am writing to someone
