You have an organizational problem with the presentation of your ideas. You say that a) and b) are explanations, but you end your second explanation with "right?", as if b) is not an explanation, but a question. When you explain something to someone, you don't ask at the end, "Is this right?"

The verb think is used to give an opinion. In that usage it is equivalent to the verb believe, which describes a mental state, not the process of thinking.

So I shouldn't use it any more, is this right? I should just say, 'Do you agree with the explanations? / Are the explanations ok? / Do these explanations need any corrections? etc. But only at the very beginning.

Can I add 'also' between 'is' and 'used', that is, 'The verb think is also used to give an opnion.

If I wish to use 'also' here is because the students already know the usage of 'think' as the process of thinking.
