Question (12) Unit 5

Hi Teachers,

Do you agree with these explanations? Do they need any corrections? If so, could you correct them please?

a) Think: it is a stative verb when think is used for an opinion. It is not a planned action, it is a mental state.

Think is used as to believe. It doesn’t describe the process of thinking at all.

b) The use of ''think' as an stative verb can be describe as a mental state only or more precise, as a personal feeling. In conclusion, a 'personal believe', right?

Thanks in advance
