When I was applying for scholarships, I've been receiving a lot of this kind of sentences in my email. But, I am wondering, which one is the most correct one? In case its got something to do with British English or American, then here in my country, we are using British English. Thanks!

Despite some prescriptions, the evidence is that both spellings (inquiry, enquiry) are used in both BrE and AmE, with the 'i' spelling occurring more frequently. I must admit that I use both—I can't be bothered to check the spelling if I have a doubt. These two words refer to general requests for information.
