Query regarding singulars and purals

"All of our courses are led by a highly qualified trainer."

Does this imply that all of the courses are led by the same trainer or that each course is led by a different trainer?

"All of our courses are led by highly qualified trainers."

Likewise, does the above imply that each course has multiple trainers leading it or that each course has a different trainer?

It's the "all of our courses" that is confusing me, I think.

You could remove the ambiguity by beginning with "Every course ...".
