Sentence #2 - "I have straightened my hair" - is correct.

Sentence #1 does not employ the correct past participle of the verb "to straighten", i.e. has/have straightened.

1) I have straighten my hair. 'Straighten' is not the correct past participle.

2) I have straightened my hair. Fine.
