what is "trim" here? btw I'm not sure the "quarter" I heard right from the video...

they'll have some more vinyl flooring going in right here with some nice quarter trim

I believe he actually said "corner trim", but would imagine he meant "quarter", given he used it in reference to the flooring. The actual name is called "Quarter Round" in the industry. Also called "Shoe Moulding" which is a broader term to describe any of the different profiles of trim used to conceal the cut edges of the flooring material at the baseboards or walls.
