Quantity-Words (the quantity of, the figure for, the data on, the statistics of)

Could you please help me check if I use verb form(singular/plural) properly with these 4 Quantity-Phrases:

1. The quantity(es) of/the data on/the figure(s) of/the statistics of ----- Can be used with both Non-Count Noun and Count Noun?

2. When they are used with Non-Count noun, Verbs following must be in singular form?

3. When they are used with Count-Noun (plural), Verbs following must be in plural form also?
