QUANTIFIER (SOME)

Hello Teachers,

Would you please clarify my doubt?

"When implementing the HR strategy, the organization must hold some individual accountable for achieving the goals."

Is it grammatically correct to say "some individual" ? It is my understanding that the quantifier 'some' goes with countable and non-countable plural nouns.
