I have no qualms in admitting that I was wrong. Or
I have no qualms about admitting that I was wrong.

I think both are fine. A qualm is an uneasy feeling, so it is natural to ask "What is your uneasy feeling about?" - I have a qualm about walking past the cemetery

But you can use "in" as well
