Quality time..

"Having a quality time with someone" refers to a moment when you are chilling with someone perhaps?

The normal expression is "spending quality time". org/dictionary/british/quality-time To me, time spent "chilling" sounds a bit too unstructured and unproductive to count as "quality time".
