Quality or of quality?

Hi,

I have so many doubts while using the word "quality"!!

I need to say the following:

"Please send the files in quality format" This means a suitable format for a quality printing.

Am I correct?

Thanks

Pamela

Hi,
I´ve thought about the answer received but I´m not clear.

If I say: "please send me the files in good quality" OK, I think it is understandable but when I say:

"The files which you have sent are not good" (not quality files) how can I express this in a different was? Is it possible to say" these files are not quality" ? I don´t think so..... ?

Thanks

yeah you can express like this also

The files which you were sent was in Improper manner so can you resend it again.

or

The file which was sent by you was unacceptable/unsatisfactory

you can say it any way to understand the customer is the major criteria
