qualitative research topic

hello, i am john a major in english and a graduating student here in one of the colleges in the philippines and we are now contucting our thesis completion,,, i think many topic since but it can't fit with the qualitative type of research, i just want to ask any tpoic that would fit as qualitative type and a topic that commonly a problem of the colleges and university in terms of language.
