How one can use the word "qualified" and the phrase "be send" correctly?
1.I am happy to report that you are qualified to apply for your home loan.
2.Your name has come up as one who qulifies (is qualified??) in our home loan program.
3.I saw Jim, who qualified (was qualified??) for the state tract meet which will be held next week.
1. I have a letter to be send to Joe in my hand, but I haven't sent it yet.
2. I have a letter to be sent (by me) to Joe in my hand, I haven't sent it yet.
