Qualified??

Hi,

Could you please help to proofread the following sentences,especially the underlined parts and if there are some better ways, please advise. Thank you!

1. The testing results are qualified, so we will deliver the materials in three days.

2. The testing results are disqualified, so we will check with our quality control department and ...

3. The samples have passed the test, and we will make delivery within this month.

4 The samples were tested to be qualified, and we will ship the materials out on October 20...

"testing results are qualified/disqualified" and "tested to be qualified" are not right. Do you just mean that the materials passed/failed the tests?

You can use wording like you did in #3: "The samples/materials have passed/failed the/our test(s)...". If these are quality control procedures then it may sound better to say "passed/failed our quality control tests". For example: "The materials have passed our quality control tests, so we
