Q8: A few questions about 'It's my pleasure', please

Hello teachers,
I'd like to ask you a few questions about 'it's my pleasure', please.

1) Would you kindly tell me what 'it's my pleasure!' mean? When do we use it? I've heard it a few times in response to 'thanks or thank you', but I wonder what it exactly mean.
And one more thing... is it 'it was my pleasure'? Or is it 'it is my pleasure'?

2) Is it (it's my pleasure) the same as saying 'it rather pleased me' or 'I was rather pleased to do so'?

3) I've also heard people saying 'the pleasure is/was mine indeed'. What does it mean, please? Does it mean the same thing as 'it's (is/was) my pleasure'?

Thank you all.
