Q41: Your help is needed with a few sentences, please

Hello teachers,

I'd like you to help me with the following things, please.

1) If we want to ask somebody about the size of their waist, what should we say, please? Could we say "What's the size of your waist?"? Or just "What's your waist?"?

2) How do we ask somebody about how tall they are? Do we say "How tall are you?"? Or "What's your height?"?

3) When we're talking about the size of somebody's feet, for example, in foot-wear store, what does the person attending the customers say? - "What's the size of your feet?"? Or "What size of shoes do you wear?"?

Thank you all.
