Q4. Are these sentences correct?

Hi,

Could you please see if my sentences are correct? Do they make sense?

2. According to the chart, except for the fish and chips, on which the average-income group spends/spend more than the low- and high-income earners, the expenditure on hamburgers and pizza is directly proportional to income.

Thank you very much. In my first sentence 'represents' doesn't mean 'shows'?

Not unless it is a picture. Information is not 'represented'.
