Q33: asking somebody to have a dance with us

Hello,

When we want to ask or invite somebody to have a dance with us, what should we say? Could we say any of the following sentences?

- May I have a dance with you?
- May I dance with you?
- Would you like to join me in the dance?
- Would you like to dance with me?

Thank you all.

Thank you, Mister Micawber, for replying!

Isn't it necessary to add 'with me' on the end of 'Would you like to dance...' and 'with you' on the end of 'May I have this dance...'?
