Q3: 'rest for a while', 'take some rest', 'take rest for a while', 'relax for a while'

Hello teachers, 

Do the underlined parts of these sentences convey the same meaning, please? 

1) Please go home and rest for a while

2) Please go home and take some rest.

3) Please go home and take rest for a while.

4) Please go home and relax for while.
