Q3: 'do you feel' or 'are you feeling' or either in this sentence, please?

Hello ... I need your help with something. I have a sentence which is given below and I want your opinions on what tenses are appropriate to fill the gaps it has.

Here's the sentence:

- ______ you _______ (a. Do, need; b. Are, needing) another blanket or ______ you ______ (a. do, feel; b. are, feeling; c. either is possible) warm enough?

My choices are: 'a' for the first two blanks and 'c' for the second ones. I was marked 'correct' for the first two gaps, but 'incorrect' when I chose 'c' for the second two blanks. Would you please tell If I was actually wrong to choose 'c'? Why isn't it possible to say either 'do you feel warm enough' or 'are you feeling warm enough' in that sentence If it isn't possible, please?

Thank you all.

Aren't you feeling well? is OK because you can see the person showing signs of vomiting.

The following examples illustrate the difference.

He has a fever. BUT
He is having fits.
