Which of the following sentences is correct?

1. Is it possible for you to do that? If no, I'll ask my friend.

2. Is it possible for you to do that? If not, I'll ask my friend.

Are there other possible ways of phrasing that?

1. Is it possible for you to do that? If your answer is no, I'll ask my friend. This is another choice.

No. 2 is okay. Of course you can say Can you do that?

The correct one is "if not". "If no" is wrong. The opposite is "if so" (not "if yes").

Well, you can write that sentence in hundreds of different ways. I don't really understand your question..
