Q13: You don't know even the "M" of 'management' (Is it correct English, please)
Hello ..
Suppose somebody wants to say to another person that he/she doesn't know even the very first thing of something, so could he/she say (I'm going to use the word 'management' in my example) "You don't know even the "M" of "management"" If the person speaking wants to give the impression that the other person (the listener) doesn't know anything about 'management'?

I've not heard it expressed that way. Currently we hear: you don't know squat or you don't know jack . I think both terms refer to animal droppings.
