Q12: 'left - handed' or 'left - handedly'

Hello,

Is it correct to say 'I have to do it left-handed', please? Or should I say 'I have to do it left - handedly'? Please tell if it is also possible for us to say 'I have to do it with my left hand'.

Thank you.

"I have to do it left-handed" is fine. I see no need for "left-handedly". "I have to do it with my left hand" is also good.

Thank you very much, GPY, for your reply!
Is 'left - handed' used as an adverb here? Or is it used as something else? I know an adverb can be used to specify a manner of doing something, but I'm not sure whether 'left - handed' is an adverb or not.
