Sorry, my typo. It's think. To think of someone is to have an opinion of them. I don't think very highly of my neighbor because he puts his trash in my can. I think very highly of my teacher because he is also so kind. I don't think very much of his nasty attitude. I hope these examples help get the meaning across to you.
