‘Pythagorean Precision / Accuracy’

What does it mean when somebody completes something with ‘Pythagorean precision’ or ‘Pythagorean accuracy’?

I suppose it means 'very accurately/precisely', though as far as I know, Pythagorus was not particularly so; he was more a theorist. He did (supposedly) carry mathematics to a religious extreme, however.
