"remote control house" is the anomaly. What is that supposed to be???
Maybe the correct answer is : a high-tech. house

Perhaps you are supposed to distinguish the idea of a "house" from a "home." A home is where you feel comfortable and can relax. A house is just a structure. Especially if you have now changed "house" to "flat" which really isn't used to refer to an entire house.
