Puzzle for the weekend

A man lived in a small jungle. His house was located at one end of the jungle (the south). The jungle was circular (in shape). One fine morning the man decides to go on walk and walks in a clockwise direction. He walks for eighty minutes around the forest till he reaches his house again. The next day he walks counterclockwise. This time it takes him one hour and twenty minutes to complete his walk. Can you explain why?

Answer:-

Because 80 minutes = 1 hour 20 minutes

Because 1 hour = 60 minute

therefore 1 hour 20 minutes = 80 minutes...

Am i right???
