Putting them in right places, is it organize or arrange?

My daughter is playing with a lot of toys. A little while later, she would mess up everything.

I want to say to her, " Organize toys!" , I mean that she should put toys on their original places.
[Q1]Is it okay to use the verb "organize"? Do I have to use "arrange"?

Sometimes my documents & e-mails are not in right places and in right order, so I want to set them up in order and put them in right places.
[Q2]In this case, do I have to use "organize" or "arrange"? I mean, I would arrange my documents or I would organize documents

Thank you in advance for your teaching.

I would say that I organize my personal papers and the items on my desk. I would command a child to put her toys away and to organize her toy box so all the heavy toys are on the bottom and the light ones are on the top. I am sure that this is correct.
