Putting the preposition at the beginning

Hello everyone.

I am curious about the locations of these kinds of prepositions.

Example, can we say:

1-) To be able to buy a new car, I have enough money now.

2-) About you, I have some doubts..

Thank you very much.

Jawel To be able to buy a new car, I have enough money now. Not good. The infinitive already implies "able to".

JawelAbout you, I have some doubts.

This is an unusual word order. It would be used to draw attention to the phrase "about you"
