Putting down as a reference

Hi,

Are the following sentences correct? I am not sure if I can use 'put down' in this context.

1. I am putting her down as a person known me over last two years in my application form.

2. I wish to use you as a guarantor in my club application.

3. Can I put you down as one of the references for the purposes of my passport?

Thanks,

MG.
