Putting comma after interjections?

Hi. I heard that we usually put a comma after an interjection. Do you think we always put a comma after interjections? Do the following be interjections? If they are, would it be wrong to put a comma after them in sentences?

1. Goodbye

Goodbye, nice seeing you.

2. Cheers

Cheers, we won the game.

3. Hello

Hello, I didn't see you there.
