Put/Set

Suppose I am using an oven:

"I set it to medium."
"I set it at medium."
"I put it to medium."
"I put it at medium."

Could all of it be standard English?

In my opinion, yes. "I set it at medium" is probably the highest register of the group, but all are used. If you mean "Standard English" with a capital "S," some people might throw some of them out.
