put yur plate down not to drop your food.

When my daughter eats juicy food she always drops food on the floor.
I want her to use a plate to keep her clothes and floor clean.

What should I say?

"Put a plate under you."
"Use a plate not to drop your food."
"Put a plate down on you"
"Put your plate down not to drop your food."

Will these make sense?
